This should fix nix build .#continuwuity-all-features for continuwuation/continuwuity#1422

This should fix `nix build .#continuwuity-all-features` for https://forgejo.ellis.link/continuwuation/continuwuity/pulls/1422
The build was broken since we started using an unstable reqwest version
which requires setting an extra feature flag
