Removing the #admins alias from the admin room causes it to no longer function properly. We should probably check for this case and return an error if someone tries. Bizarrely, we do check for setting the alias, meaning that fixing an admin room which was broken in this manner requires using emergency_password to put the alias back.

Interesting. I've noticed an interesting phenomenon similar to this in my life too - if I remove the doorknob from my door, suddenly it's really hard to open.
