This PR adds Delegation compose files in an Appendix section. Original compose files should amend remaining mistakes from #1594 and #1660, and now they all have cute titles.

Marking as WIP as to scan through this later for any more corrections, more eyes are welcome.

Seems okay now. Wanted to include examples of delegation but those setups are different from the traditional split-domain and can change later.
