The Dockerfile used by release-image.yml for building does not handle failed builds, and keeps going even if the build fails. Specicically https://forgejo.ellis.link/continuwuation/continuwuity/src/branch/main/docker/Dockerfile#L170-L204 fails to handle when xx-cargo fails
