Currently it's suggested to use /etc/caddy/conf.d/, however this directory isn't imported on most distributions, to avoid causing confusion for the user (as it's already happened), I think it'll be correct to suggest putting the config into /etc/caddy/Caddyfile. or at least suggest the user to provide an import for the directory by themselves.
