Started a few releases ago. When a new user registers, the admin room is no longer notified. This may be related to the number of users I have (over 7500 now, due to bridges). I started using OIDC for registration and login after the issue presented, so probably unrelated to that. The last time I was notified was July 2, so just before the big 26.6.0 release (which I think is also when it started counting all the bridge users as users when I list them, possibly related).
