Steps to reproduce:

Create an account
Deactivate that account via admin room
Refreshing the pages yields Bad Request: You are not allowed to request this page: This account is deactivated.
No visible way to logout or switch to another account

Suggestions:

Add a button that calls /logout in that screen

Workarounds:

New browser session, or
Go to <DOMAIN>/_continuwuity/account/logout
