Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
While this thing just seems like a hack, it can be useful in cases where homeservers in a room are unreliable and need a slight push or boost to kick fully functioning federation activity with eachother back into gear.

I don't think we actually need or want this.
