Fixes #11, #2, #3
Unblocks #1 (#10) which in turn unblocks continuwuation/continuwuity#1505

Todo:

  • Documentation updates
  • Split server.rs into more than one file
  • Tests
  • Move tls_verify to correct branch (#10)

Note: #10 will be rebased on top of (and depend on) this branch due to various options being passed in.
