Hi, I forgot to report this, but since OAuth, https://matrix.federated.nexus/_continuwuity/local_user_count and !admin users list seem to also report appservice users. I think this is a regression, IMO they shouldn't be counted there.

It's worth noting I no longer run these appservices, so perhaps that is related to the issue? They are essentially dead / ghost accounts.
