Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The release-image workflow currently runs on every commit to every pull request, filling up the action queue with 20-minute jobs that build images which rarely get used. We can investigate setting up a bot which triggers the workflow on request, but right now I believe it's fine to have people ask us to trigger image builds manually.
