This pull request cleans up the Fedora RPM installation documentation in the following manner:

  • Points to the correct location of the repository's GPG key
  • Replaces incorrect information about the GPG key (type, ID) with corrected information
  • Fixes commands for adding repos for each group type
  • Changes incorrect statement about functionality of Fedora RPMs on EL (RHEL, Alma, Rocky, etc.) to caveat with note about ongoing work
  • Removes information about an installation method that appeared to be impossible/nonexistent (direct install of latest RPM in a particular group without adding the group's repo)

Unfortunately, the dnf invocation that Forgejo shows on any given RPM "for RedHat based distributions" does not work on Fedora; it only works on EL. (Which is a reminder to me to put in some work on EL packaging again...)

Tested on a local copy of Fedora 43.
