Delete branch "ianthetechie/continuwuity:add-matrix-org-federation-tester-link"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This PR adds a link to another federation testing tool. I was able to catch a really subtle issue with my server (IPv4-only; pedantic use of port in header leading to my reverse proxy throwing a 404) with this tool, but not the one currently linked in the docs.
I've kept both links as I think more testing tools are better.
c22abe3f71102031db74Sounds good to me. I don't like the matrix.org federationtester because it doesn't work with some SRV record deployments, but given they're a minority I don't see an issue with this.
