docs(push): Alt text and description fixup
Following https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/images/decision-tree/, polish the rego/ops instructions so they can be used as diagram alt text as well.
docs(push): Move PG discovery caveat to UP section
This only works for UP-based apps, as FCM gateways are always hardcoded
