I've written a basic pipeline run to take tulir's fork of Element Web https://github.com/maunium/element-web and publish it with a customised config.json at https://element.continuwuity.org

Unlike our documentation pipeline, I've set this one to auto-build nightly at midnight, but we could shift this to a dedicated mirror of tulir's fork in the future and therefore auto-build only when his branch is updated. Currently the build takes just a few minutes even on a slower runner so I don't think it's a major problem.

The config.json is a fairly direct copy from https://element.transgender.ing/config.json so we may want to customise this in the future to enable/disable features as desired, but it's very functional at the moment and I've tested it with my own continuwuity.org account.
